The Initial Interview is our client's chance to get to know our company and team and our opportunity to begin a productive and lengthy friendship with our client. Our team of experts is interested in every facet of our client's needs and business. We attempt to garner every relevant detail in order to get the client's goal 'right' the first time.
At this stage of the relationship, we ask our clients to be very candid concerning what they view as the projected outcome for their project and/or the ongoing relationship with MVS as seen currently and in the future. Our viewpoint has and always will be that nothing is impossible - some things are just more challenging than others...
The initial interview can take place over the phone, by email or in person. There is no time restraint and no charge for this phase of our work. Notes should be taken on both sides. At MVS, we provide a guarantee that if we can't help you, we will find someone who can - and there is no charge for that service either.
