At MVS, we go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want and need when hiring us for a project. We do an initial interview which can be basic or on-going, depending on the size and complexity of the work. At all stages of our relationship with our clients, we encourage communication and transparency to ensure you are not only satisfied with our work, but happy with the manner in which it is conducted.
Planning
Planning is the key to accomplishing any project. We strive to listen and document in detail the concepts, desires and goals of our clients in order to implement them effectively.
Proposal
MVS offers a Request for Proposal online. We also offer an in-depth proposal for each project.
Non-Disclosure/Contracts
Confidentiality and security are the most important concerns we have regarding our client's work. That is why we sign a confidentiality agreement with each client. We also have standard contracts for all our clients and their projects. This protects our client's interests and lays out a precise workable relationship and a timeline for work completion.
Projects/Scheduling
At MVS, we believe in mapping out projects to schedule their success.
From choosing the right software to planning each step, we are committed to details and the accomplishment of each individual component of a given project.
Billing
We believe in providing excellent service in return for commensurate compensation.
At MVS we strive to keep the billing procedure transparent and fair. We bill once per month and provide a timesheet showing what work took place and the duration of each work detail performed.
